This weekend is

 one of my favourite Christmas fun nights

 our "street party".

 A progressive dinner party 
a different house 
for each course

The grand finale being desserts

 and  then Secret Santa.

We are so lucky to have such good friends
down here in Tassie.

Every summer when we arrive back

they always welcome us back into the fold,

with such warmth.

P.S. Love that the children have grown up with this tradition and even though some have married and moved away they make an effort to come home for this night.
