On one weekend in February in Tassie

 Evandale

It's where the National Penny Farthing Races

are held.

 A big event for a tiny town.

Have to admire these guys

There is a running jump start

 then a battle to keep the momentum

going.

Loved the little "bikes" the family start training young

The obstacle course watch the concentration needed

There's the taste of the food stalls

.......... yummo.

And to the law of only Sir 

the local  Evandale butchers' 

Pork sausages are the best ever.

Then there's the street performers.

Always  a something happening.

The girl on piano had the sweetest voice.

What a fun day we always have.

The Tassie run these events so well.

A great day out for family and friends.

We have Friends from the Big Island (aka mainland)

who time their trip to Tassie,

 to include this fun day.
