This spring has been short lived,
the rain played havoc with the garden.
It's looking very bedraggled
full of weeds.
It's looking very bedraggled
full of weeds.
The rain has ruined it.
That's my theory.
Not neglect.
That's my theory.
Not neglect.
As Sir is suggesting
........really .......
where does he come from.
........really .......
where does he come from.
It's nothing to do with the fact
I've been working on a squilt for Miss A-B.
Working away like a women obsessed.
Rain or shine.
Rain or shine.
Anyways
" Hewy" could you stop sending it down.
...............For a little while at least.
This is one of the many open gardens held in Tassie during spring.
Maybe ..................
Sir speaks a little truth.
Coz this garden
is just down the road.
Will admit
it's survived the wet spring.
Will state
this garden is absolutely gorgeous.
No bedraggle or weed to be seen.
"There's money in water"
Sir often quotes
He's dead set right of course.
Shouldn't grumble.
Those droughts on the farm were and are heartbreaking.
But my poor garden is drowning Sir
..... in weeds and water.
A few dry days would be good.
BUT
then again,
can get stuck back into Miss A-Bs' squilt,
with a clear conscience.
Can't weed in the rain can I.
xDee
P.S. To think we looked at buying this place
some years ago, the garden not as established then.
Bet the gardens pleased we didn't.
It's now thriving with all that love and attention.
